Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original designer packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure a full refund.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our master jewelers inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
